Matrix Chambers – Matrix Causes Fund
UK registered charities and charitable organisations working to promote access to justice, equality of opportunity, or a sustainable environment may be eligible for Matrix Chambers’ Matrix Causes Fund. Different types of funding are available based on the organisation’s structure:
-UK registered charities may apply for a one-off grant of up to £6,500, or a multi-year grant of up to £4,500 across two-three years
-International applicants and other organisations may apply for a one-off grant of up to £6,500.
Organisations based in London will be prioritised, as will those whose focus is on supporting the needs of vulnerable persons (e.g. people (particularly children) with disabilities, women in refuges, refugees and asylum seekers, people with mental health difficulties and prisoners). Applications for this round are open until midday on 31 March. After this window has closed, up to 30 applicants will be selected, with decisions announced by July.
