English Indices of Deprivation 2025 data released The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government have released new data for English Indices of Deprivation, a dataset produced every 5 years that measures relative deprivation of 33,755 neighbourhood-sized areas (LSOAs) across different domains including income, employment, education, health, crime, barriers to housing/services, and living environment. The Indices of Multiple Deprivation are widely used by funders as a profile of needs in different local areas, allowing them to prioritise where their money will have the greatest impact, so it’s a key tool for fundraisers in making a convincing case.
